Refund and Returns Policy

At Silk & Sapphire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to assist you with returns, exchanges, or refunds in accordance with this policy.


1. Returns

  • You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Personalized, custom-made, or gift-wrapped items may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.


3. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for another product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.


4. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@silk-sapphire.com or via WhatsApp with photos of the damage.

  • We will provide a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on availability and the situation.


5. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at info@silk-sapphire.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Follow the instructions provided by our team to send the item back.

  3. Keep your proof of postage until the return has been processed.
